Meet The Team
Oklahoma and Arkansas
As Proforma One Solution's principal owner, Matt Muratore has more than 30 years of experience in the printing and promotional industry. Matt has implemented programs and systems that save companies millions of dollars on a wide variety of products. Matt strives to offer cost-effective programs and strategies that supersede the print and promotional industry's traditional view to help companies save money.
Matt's professional career has included servicing numerous business needs, including Printing Services, Promotional Products, eCommerce Platforms, Multimedia Development, Warehousing, Fulfillment, Distribution, and Creative Marketing Services. This broad scope of experience laid the framework for what would eventually become Proforma One Solution – a full-service print and promotional agency without the steep agency fees.
Matt has taken active roles in a variety of well-known organizations. This experience includes being a past board member and president of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas. In addition to this, Matt served as a past Board Member and is still a current member, of the Entrepreneur's Organization's Tulsa Chapter. Matt is also a past member of the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce and a past membership chair and member of the Downtown Tulsa Rotary Club.
When he has free time, Matt enjoys listening to music, attending concerts, working out to stay in shape, spending time with family or visiting local restaurants with friends. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK where he played four years of soccer.
Though Matt Christ was born in St. Louis, MO, he is no stranger to the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area. As a current business development manager and sales representative, he has the opportunity to work with numerous clients in the region. He knows how to achieve both short and long-term objectives to increase the sales volume for his clients. “I truly enjoy educating and informing customers and companies about new products and processes to assure growth, product development, quality control and profitability,” said Matt. His experience has led to securing, renewing and arranging the delivery of products to fulfill numerous customer communication needs.
Matt is a golfer and hockey player, and enjoys spending time with family and friends during his free time. He has been a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Edmond, OK for 12 years and he actively participates and volunteers for numerous charity events in the Oklahoma City area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
SE Kansas / SW Missouri
Since 2001, John Dhooghe has spent his career in print sales. His strong background in commercial print production, along with his skills in management and sales, gives him the knowledge necessary to meet customer needs and provide them with solutions that are competitive in today’s market.
As a team member with Proforma, John offers existing and new customers a variety of products to help them meet business objectives and
brand their organization. Working with numerous vendors, he can recommend solutions for customers to help them stand out from the competition by sourcing the right products-whether the need is for promotional products, ecommerce solutions or apparel.
John received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Pittsburg State University, in Pittsburg, KS and an Associate’s Degree from Labette Community College in Parsons, KS. He is a strong believer in giving back and working with others to improve his community. As a resident of Parsons, KS, he has volunteered for various community organizations in his hometown. His active participation with the Kiwanis Club, Meals on Wheels program, Katy Days Festival and various Chamber of Commerce events has led these organizations to meet major charitable milestones for the community.
Linda Enos-Montalbano joined Proforma One Solution in 2014 bringing more than 13 years of experience in purchasing, marketing and sales. Though her background has been mainly in the purchasing field, she is now using those skills to transform and grow the sales pool and to ensure the continual growth and development of Proforma One Solution.
A Bixby, Oklahoma resident, Linda studied small business Management & Tourism at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She has had the opportunity to work for some of the top companies in Tulsa. She also works with numerous other organizations as a volunteer and community advocate. She is a regular contributor to Alzheimer’s Association Oklahoma Chapter and Joy In The Cause Charity and an enthusiastic Thunder and Steeler fan.
Linda enjoys spending as much time outdoors with her family and friends camping in one of the many Oklahoma State Parks and is an avid hunter.
One of the most important things to Linda is “paying it forward” in her personal life or professional one. It’s all about being kind to one another and in the business of sales it’s all about the relationship you have with your clients. She wants to grow her business with integrity and kindness and show her clients how to grow their brand to its fullest.
